Matted coats
Matting can be avoided with regular grooming and proper brushing, due to safety risks of tight or severe matting, a shave down will be necessary. If possible, we will do a light de-mat for an extra fee in addition to the regular grooming price. If a shave down is necessary, a de-matting fee will still be applied.

Service Refusal
In the event that we determine it is in your pets best interest or your pet displays aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to stop or refuse any service.

Vaccinations
We require a current copy of your pets vaccination records. Rabies vaccination is required annually by the State of Florida. DHLP-Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) are needed for the protection of your pets. This policy is strictly enforced.

Late drop off/ Pick up
We will allow up to 15min after scheduled appointment time to drop off before rescheduling and charging 50% of the service cost.
We ask that pets be picked up within 1 hour of service completion, unless discussed otherwise.
All pets must be picked up by closing time at 2:30pm, pick up after closing will be charged a daycare fee.

New Clients
All potential clients must fill out our intake form located on our booking site to request an appointment. Once the appointment is accepted, we require a card to be put on file to hold your appointment. This is only for first time clients and you will not be charged until services are complete.

Payment
We accept cash and credit/debit cards. We are currently not accepting checks. Payment is due upon completion of services.

Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours notice to waive the FULL appointment fee.
In the event of inclimate weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 hour period.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours or day of will be charged 50% of service cost.
No call, no shows will be charged 100% of service cost.

Fleas/Ticks
Fleas found on your pet will result in a mandatory flea bath at an additional charge, to maintain salon sanitation and prevent infestation.

Maintenance schedule
To avoid matting issues, we ask that our clients stay on a schedule of no longer than 8 weeks for haircuts. This type of scheduling leaves little room for modifying appointments once set. Please schedule accordingly to avoid missing appointments.
